'Solo…' focuses on street performances by Giancarlo Pazzanese, designed as street interventions for uninformed crowds of people, where the spectator is 'ignorant' of the art project that is taking place.
This is the first time that the artist presents documentation material, video and memorabilia from 3 different performances executed between 2007 and 2009.
By incarnating a generic guerrilla fighter, a church boy or a cartoon character, he explores issues such as constructed identities, politics, sex and religion with a touch of humour, critique and irony.
